Texas Lately
Haha, this title sounds like a magazine or something. Anyways here is a little looksie into my life lately. Enjoy!
mom came to visit :)
went to the 9th annual Dickenson family cookout at Hank and Missy's house (I work with Hank). This was the first out of work event I went to with coworkers and it was a blast. This year was just as much fun if not more! This photo is of the manly man cannon ball contest.

Free show by the Bird Dogs at the cookout. Pictured is the man himself, George Dunham, he's the voice of the Mean Green and has a sports talk radio show in the DFW.

I went to Clovis to visit Alex and we went golfing :)
got to watch Alex play softball on his city league team as well
I went Fort Worth with some friends for a Johnny Cooper concert (ok so I'm a little obsessed haha) It was also his CD release :) We ate dinner at the Stockyards before the concert

the next night in Fort Worth I went with another group of friends to a comedy thing at Four Day Weekend improv. It was awesome! This is me and Jenn before the show

So wow, that was a lot but its been a fun month or so. Can't believe I'm leaving in 2 weeks or so :( I'll really miss it but I'm excited for my new adventure.

Another move....I GOT A JOB!
Well my time in Texas has sadly come to an end but I won't be too far away. I got a job at Eastern New Mexico University as the Events Manager (aka mktg/promotions, booster club, corporate sales and spirit coordinator). I'm really excited!!!! I will be about 20 minutes away from Alex which is amazingly perfect. I'll be moving at the end of the month and starting right after the 1st of August. AH! I better get packin!
