Seriously, where had the month of May gone?! Whoa. I feel like it was just May Day and now it's the week before Memorial Day Weekend...time just flies sometimes, having fun or not :) This month has been slower at work (for Sara at least) and has allowed a little time for playing. Also allowed for a little bit of over due office work and spring cleaning, yardwork etc etc. It's been nice to actually have a weekend (for Sara at least lol). Alex is still extremely busy and gone. He'll be around sooner or later but such is life in the military. Here are a few pictures to recap the month of May.
Sara was driving Alex's car one day and got hit in a parking lot but a chick with no license or insurance. Oh happy day!!! At least she came inside and asked who's car it was and told me she hit it. It could have got unnoticed for a bit and that would have SUCKED! We're getting it fixed though woooo!!! Along with the crack in the bumper a la Alex :)
Sara went for a visit to Denton, TX (north of Dallas) where she (I whatever) went to school. I visited some friends and had a great ol time. This is a picture of the new Mean Green Football stadium. While I really didn't have a hand in doing any thing for this, I was there when the process was started and helped promote the capital campaign etc. So I feel a little source of accomplishment :) I think it's pretty sweeeeeet
Me and Miss Tana :) I babysat her a lot when I lived in Denton and can't believe what a big girl she's grown into. So crazy that sh'es going to be in Kindergarten :s
Got to see friends Brad and Jana and their sweet little girl Chloe :) We ate at our fav spot in Denton, Fuzzy's Tacos that I introduced them to and they no go all the time! yay me. This is a picture of me, Jana and Chloe after dinner...and Brad's finger lol
Me and Jenn...she's my old bosses wive and a very very dear and awesome friend. I miss her everyday and was so happy I got to spend time with her and the fam and watch her graduate :) Ur awesome Jenn
Sometimes I wish I had a dogs life...so easy :) (sorry she's not very lady like!)
Excited to see what the rest of summer has in store for us!!! Next up on the agenda...Memorial Day Weekend, my Mom and Aunties visit, my trip to Corpus with the bestie, Alex working...oh wait LOL. Ciao!
